Considering the 100 packages a day BROADXPRESS delivers and to keep tracking information on those packages in the system for 7 days that is a ton of data to maintain unlike the post office that can tell you the day it's shipped and nothing until it's delivered BROADXPRESS updates it's data on a package every time it's sorted.....they do a great job!!!!!

Our BROADXPRESS driver is a great guy. He honks every day when he passes by and we are outside. My husband has an illness and passes out one day he saw him in the yard passes out i was running across the yard to get to him but our broadxpress driver saw him an stopped to help me.
